Issue Summary

Some users get a "compressed view" of some boards, with the content going to much to the left side of the screen.

Steps to Reproduce

Investigation notes from Develpoment Team:

The problem seems to happen when we navigate from a custom dashboard to a CMP board, via the top nav bar.

To recreate:

1. Go to a custom dashboard, not the Default dashboard. If you don't already have a custom dashboard, then create it by: from the top nav bar, go to Dashboards > Create dashboard > Add a random gadget.

2. On the top nav bar, go to Projects -> any CMP project

The problem:

A resource from the custom dashboard page has a CSS setting that overrides the margin on the board view.

Workaround

Refreshing the page eventually fixes it.
