Enable to search issues by two-byte special characters

      some two-byte special characters, such as "【" and "】", cannot be searched.

      Example

      • 「」
      • ［］
      • 『』
      • ？（）％　＃　＠　＄

      It would be great to be able to search issues by those characters.
