Customer list slow to load if there are many organizations for the project

      Issue Summary

      If there's a JSM project with a high number of customers and organizations, the customer list may be slow to load.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have a JSM project with a high number of organizations 99+ and customers added to each organization.
      2. Make sure “Customer Permissions” for the project is set to “Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins”.

      Expected Results

      • The customer list page should load within a reasonable time.

      Actual Results

      • The page takes more than 20sec to load due to the customer org filter being not used in UserHasProjectPermissionSearchFilter.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
