Placeholder for datetime fields on edit screen (2/18/1993 1:00 PM) is confusing

Issue Summary

The placeholder on Edit screen is showing as 2/18/1993 1:00 PM which is confusing, it needs to be changed to Select date Select Time which will be consistent with the Create screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. When creating an issue with a datetime field the placeholder is set to Select date Select Time
   
2. If we edit the created issue then the placeholder is set to 2/18/1993 1:00 PM

Workaround

There is no workaround, the placeholder text for datetime fields are done by code in Cloud and cannot be customized. Therefore, it is not possible to change it.
