Add the ability to have a custom field or system field that lists the watchers of an issue

    Description

      Currently, there isn't a way to create a custom field to display a list of current watchers (names/emails etc) of an issue when viewing in Advanced Issue Search. 

      It would be great to have a custom field option to view the actual watchers of issues that can be displayed as a column in the Advanced Issue Search and if desired on the issue details.
