Problem : 

Atlassian's graphql call on "Your Work" page returns dates formatted in UTC time causing inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Considering your local time is UTC+5:30 comment on a ticket at 5:25 AM.
2. Navigate to "Your Work" >> Worked on --> You'll see the ticket commented on today.
3. Wait for 5 minutes and refresh the "Your Work" page.
4. At 5:30 AM, you'll see that ticket was commented on yesterday though it was 5 minutes before.

Expected Results

Your Work page should render time in the user profile time zone.

Actual Results

Your Work page renders time in UTC.
