Issue Summary

After generating a backup in JIRA Cloud, if the backup file is too big and takes longer than 10 minutes, the download might fail randomly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Generate a backup in Cloud.
2. Download the backup file

Expected Results

The download should proceed until it finishes.

Actual Results

The download will end randomly and the backup file size is not downloaded fully.

The download dies before completing. Sometimes it looks like it finished successfully as it doesn't through an error in the browser while downloading but the download file isn't complete.

Workaround

Users can use an external backup manager to prevent the connection from timing out.
