Issue Summary

In the epic link field, if the drop-down options are truncated, the user can’t hover over them to see the full name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an EPIC with names of around 25-30 characters
2. Create an issue under the above EPIC
3. When you want to select an EPIC when editing an issue, the name is not shown completely.

Expected Results

Users should see the complete name of epics while hovering.

Actual Results

The epic name is not shown fully, and there is also no "hover over" option to see the full name. This makes it hard to find the right EPIC.

Workaround

 Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
