Issue Summary

In the Android app, the annotations that someone has made to a PDF file don't show up. They do show up on the desktop version of the site and iOS though.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attach an annotated PDF to a Jira request
2. Try to view that attachment using the Android version of the app
3. Notice that the annotations aren't present in the PDF

Expected Results

The annotations show.

Actual Results

The annotations don't show.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
