Issue Summary

Copy/Pasting Emojis in the issue description/comments will not convert to Emojis in New Issue View. However, if manually typing ie. `:question_mark:` into the Jira New Issue View description field it correctly changes to the question mark emoji. This is affecting all emojis. 

Steps to Reproduce

Copy and then paste the emojis such as below, and they don't get converted to actual emojis. 

Expected Results

It should show them as:

Update issue (main-task)

Actual Results

:question_mark: Update issue(main-task)

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
