Issue Summary

The "M" keyboard shortcut loses draft comment content. This issue does not happen in the Server platform.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a text to the comment field
2. Click on another field
3. Click into the comment field again
4. Notice the text is still there

1. Add a text to the comment field
2. Click on another field
3. Use the "M" keyboard shortcut 
4. Notice that the comment field is now blank, and the text added previously is missing.

Expected Results

The comment content added previously should not be wiped if using the "M" shortcut

Actual Results

The comment content added previously is wiped when using the "M" shortcut
