Issue Summary

Creating linked issue is not copying the data of the fields to the new issues

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access an issue that has data populated in various fields (Description for example)
2. Choose Link issues > Select Create Linked Issues option

Expected Results

The data if fields like Description should be copied

Actual Results

The data is not copied

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
