Issue Summary

When you change the Epic Link for an issue (like Story), the Issue's History will show three events:

• User updated the Parent
• User updated the Epic Link
• User updated the Parent

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue (Story, Task, etc)
2. Set or remove an Epic

Expected Results

The Issues' history should show only

• A single event for "updated the Epic Link"
• Or one event for Epic Link and one for Parent.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
