Issue Summary

Create Linked Issue creation is pre-filling invalid components and fails on submission 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a project A with a set of defined components and a project B without defined components
2. Create an issue in project A setting a component
3. Click on "Create linked issue"
4. Evidence that the component is pre-filled even if it's invalid on the destination project
5. Try to submit the case creation and evidence that it fails because of it.
6. Try to modify the field and evidence it is not possible.

Expected Results

Components field shouldn't be pre-filled

Actual Results

Components field is pre-filled with invalid values
