Customer informed that he needs the ability to create a Child issue under an epic link from another project.

What is expected is when I click the “create” button for the child that a new window appears and I can create the ticket in any project and the two tickets are associated by the epic name

Workaround: create the ticket in the “child” project and enter the epic name from the parent ticket into the epic link field.
