Issue Summary

With the release of new features for Create Linked Issues, reporter from the source issue being copied when creating linked issue instead of agent name who was creating the linked issue(previous behavior).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a JSM project and open an issue
2. Click on Link issue
3. Under Linked issues click on Create linked issue
4. In the create issue screen look for the Raise this request on behalf of section, the field will have the value already filled with the same reporter from the original issue.

Expected Results

Reporter should be the agent creating the issue.

Actual Results

Reporter field from source issue is being mentioned in Create Linked Issue

Workaround

Manually change the reporter field value to Agent before saving the linked issue.
