Issue Summary

In the new Create linked Issue creation values of some fields are not pre-filled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on "Create linked issue" and create an issue without modifying any fields.
2. Some fields are not pre-filled.

In the below example we can see when an issue was created by Create linked issue  (VAL-6) a Text Field (multi-line) "Para-para" was not pre-filed whereas a Text Field (multi-line) "Use case" was pre-filled.

Parent ticket:

Linked ticket:

Expected Results

All the fields populated in the parent ticket are to be filled in the linked ticket.

Actual Results

Some fields are not pre-filled in the linked ticket created.

Workaround

No workaround.
