Issue Summary

The 'Convert to Subtask' option allows Epic to be selected as a Parent of Sub-task issue type

Steps to Reproduce

• Convert a Task (or any Standard Issue type) to a Sub-task from the option 'Convert to subtask' on the Issue. 
• In the Wizard that appears, search issues for 'Select Parent Issue'
• Epics will also be part of the suggested Parent issues in the Issue selector

Expected Results

The Issue selector should only display Parent Issues of Standard Issue types adhering to the Issue hierarchy structure in Jira. 

Actual Results

Epics will also be part of the suggested Parent issues in the Issue selector

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
