Summary

Currently, any user with access to a Project is able to export its contents through the Issue Navigator and there is no record regarding who has exported the data (fields, date range, # of records, etc).

Proposed solution

Create audited events to log the export of data like the ones described in the doc Audit activities in Jira applications

The same event to audit the export of data could be applied to "Share", and export to Google Sheets and Excel apps.
