Ability to log work in time multiples and validate the amount of time spent

      When logging work done in JIRA issues, the user can insert any value of time.

      Suggested Solution

      Permit to an admin to define a unit of time to log work (eg. 15m) and then:

      • Force the user to insert a value that is multiple to that time unit.
      • Validate if the user is logging time less than the defined value and then prompt the user to log minimum time
