Issue Summary

A customer's pdf uses only English and Korean characters, but when clicking on the PDF attachment to open the preview from the new issue view there are Chinese characters. This problem does not occur in the old issue view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload PDF containing Korean script to an issue
2. Click on PDF attachment to open preview. Observe there are Chiense characters there.
3. Go to the same issue using the old issue view and note the PDF preview renders correctly.
4. If you copy the Chinese characters, they will paste as Korean.

We cannot reproduce this consistently. For some users the problem occurs based on how the PDF is created:
 

When I upload this file, it looks fine
The difference is:

• It works well when saved in save as pdf format in Powerpoint.
• Characters are broken when saving in pdf format using the print function in Powerpoint

Expected Results

PDF preview should not change characters to a different script.

Actual Results

PDF preview in New Issue View changes characters to a different script. Old Issue View shows correct behaviour.

Workaround

Download the PDF to view the correct Korean characters.
