Issue Summary

The 'Clone' option disappears from the menu when using the 'Open issues in sidebar' dropdown option while viewing an issue in a dialog. However, when using the 'Open issues in sidebar' from the Board menu, the 'Clone' option is still available.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a Company Managed Project or JWM Project
2. Click on an issue
   1. If the issue opens in a dialog (pops out), click on the '…' menu and click on 'Open issues in sidebar'
   2. If the issue opens in the sidebar, click on the '…' menu in the sidebar, and 'Open issues in dialog' - then click on the menu in the dialog, and click on 'Open issues in sidebar'
3. Click on the '…' menu, and see that 'Clone' is missing from the list of options.

Expected Results

Clone should not disappear from the menu options, no matter which order you want to view from.

Actual Results

Clone is missing from the menu when clicking on 'Open issues in sidebar' from a dialog (popped out) issue.

Workaround

Closing the dialog of an issue after it's been popped out, and using the menu on the right under '…', click on 'Open issues in sidebar'. Clone will reappear in the menu.
