Enable online user feature in JSW and JSM

    Description

      Currently we see online users feature in JWM boards only. Same feature is not available in JSW and JSM boards. This feature would help in reviewing the contributors before making any changes to issues under that board. 

      Also, consider having an option to disable the online status feature if required.
