Merge cells and Split cells on a table in an issue are not available when editing an issue

      Issue Summary

      Merge cells and Split cells are not available when editing an issue. We can do them only when creating a new issue.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue with a table
      2. Open the issue and try to edit the table

      Expected Results

      Merge cells and Split cells options are available

      Actual Results

      Merge cells and Split cells options are not avilable

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
