Support Webhooks in MS Teams format

      Right now if I use a webhook point to Microsoft Teams it results in 400 because it returns:

       

      Summary or Text is required.

      Wondering if Jira can quickly come up with a fix on this so we can use MS Teams to receive event hooks?
