Some users are unable to view the Dashboard in the mobile app. But it can be viewed in the browser.
Also, it can be viewed when logged in with a different user with the same permissions on the same phone.

When we try to view the Dashboard in the mobile application, the following warning appears.
"Something went wrong The dashboard isn't available. Try refreshing the page, or contact your Jira admin."
