Rename team-managed permission scheme name

    Description

      When using the Permission Helper and searching if a user has certain permission for an issue in a team-managed project, the Permission scheme associated with the team-managed project shows as: Project_name: Simplified Permission Scheme.

      Since, team-managed projects do not utilize permission schemes like company-managed projects, this causes some confusion as users may look in Issues > Permissions Schemes page to find the Simplified Permission Scheme.

      It would be good if we can rename the Simplified Permission Scheme to something else that ensures the permissions are for a team-managed project & the project is not associated with any permission scheme.
