Ability to add "Numbered Column" to a table within a custom field - type Text Field (multi-line).

      When adding a table in the new issue view WYSIWYG editor, there is an option to add "Numbered Column" to the table. This will provide automatic numbering for each row in the table. 

      With Multiline-Text custom fields, the text appears to use the wiki markup, which does not include an option for "Numbered Column". This suggestion is to have this as an option for any custom field that can contain a table.
