Issue Summary

When adding comments to an issue and issue keys inside the body of the message, it is not converting correctly to the link inside Jira. The links are converting but instead of adding the cloud site URL, it is adding the shard name and because of this behavior the link is broken.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new e-mail and add issue keys inside the body of the message. 
   • Example:
     
2. Check the comment added to your issue GP-4.
   

Expected Results

• Jira should convert it to the right link.
  

Actual Results

• The link is broken and the user is unable to use it.

Workaround

Currently, the workaround is editing the comment by opening the issue via browser and adjusting the link to the right URL.
