Include issue ID in attachment_created webhook body

      Currently, we can capture Issue key while adding attachment using Jira Webhook only by adding {{

      {issue.key}

      }} or {}{issue.id} query parameter value in the webhook URL.

      We should also add this information to the webhook body.
