Currently, it is necessary to reactivate the account of the user that left the organization to delete the product from the discovered products.
As per this documentation:
You find out the employee has left the company. If so, you can reactivate their Atlassian account to log in and take action.
Expected Results
Please provide the ability to the Site admin/ Org admin to remove those products from the organization.
