Issue Summary

Users are unable to add attachments to the Create issue screen if the total size of the attachments combined is more than the limit set (for example, 2 GB)

Steps to Reproduce

1. The attachment size (per file) is set to 2 GB under Settings > System > Attachments
2. Using the Create issue screen, upload attachments with a combined size of more than 2 GB. (ex: that is, the first attachment is 1.5 GB and the second attachment 1 GB)
3. The upload fails with the error
   

Expected Results

The attachment should be uploaded successfully as the limit is defined based on the size of an individual file

Actual Results

The attachment upload fails with the error: ‘We couldn’t upload the attachment as you’ve exceeded the limit (2 GB).’

Workaround

The attachments can be uploaded successfully after creating the issue from the Issue view if the total size of the attachments combined is more than the limit specified
