      Customer requests a feature similar of what we have in slack, for example the link of a comment in a thread:

      I'm asking for a way to *reference a specific comment with an ID that
      everyone can see*. I don't need comment threading. For example, I'm in a
      meeting with my team and I say "GO TO COMMENT X". The "X" should be a
      unique id that allows people to scroll through the ticket and see where I'm
      talking about. It's very straight forward. The X could simply be a number,
      like "Comment #1," "Comment #2," etc. Google had this on day 1 at the
      company. It's very straightforward.
