Customer requests a feature similar of what we have in slack, for example the link of a comment in a thread:
I'm asking for a way to *reference a specific comment with an ID that
everyone can see*. I don't need comment threading. For example, I'm in a
meeting with my team and I say "GO TO COMMENT X". The "X" should be a
unique id that allows people to scroll through the ticket and see where I'm
talking about. It's very straight forward. The X could simply be a number,
like "Comment #1," "Comment #2," etc. Google had this on day 1 at the
company. It's very straightforward.
