Issue Summary

When you create a custom field Message custom for field there are two options (for edit) and (for view), but the new issue view doesn't respect that, and both fields are present in the view screen.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom field with the type Message custom for the field (for edit)
2. Create another custom field with the type Message custom for the field (for view)
3. Add both custom types to all screens (create, edit and view)
4. The field for edit will be present in the creation screen and the view screen

Expected Results

The fields should be restricted to their type (edit and view).
Works correctly on the old view (see the below video)

Workaround

Need to associate each field with the correct screen, so you need separate screens for each operation.
