      Feature Summary:-

Parent Link shows "None" even though a parent issue is added, If the user does not have parent issue permission by using the Issue security level the issue still shows as None.
It should at least show a message stating that the user does not have permission to view it.

      Scenario:

Some initiatives may be sensitive and have a security level set. In Plans these initiatives are not shown to users that don't have access.

Within the Epic(s) linked to this Initiative, the parent link is shown as None

      Desired behaviour:

Show "You don't have access to this issue" in both Plans as in the Parent Link so it is clear to users that a parent is linked.

      This may cause:

Users to link this Epic to another Initiative because "None" is shown.

      Workaround:

      No workarounds available

Required, if there is no workaround please state:
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
