Ability to sort Issue Navigator search results by relevance

      When searching using the simple or advanced (JQL) view in Jira Cloud, tickets are listed by key descending order rather than relevancy of the search as was the case in Jira Server. This makes it very difficult to find relevant issues, resulting in duplicated issues if you can't find an existing one.
