Allow setting the default filter sharing option per user

      Issue Summary

      Today, it is only possible to set the default filter setting in a global manner through Settings -> System -> Default User Preferences settings.

      It would be useful to add a configuration for that in the Personal settings page, so each user can choose their default setting.

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
