Issue Summary

Deleting the attachment via Automation or Rest API does not remove the reference from comments

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue in a project.
2. Add an attachment to this ticket, this will end up adding a comment with the attachment.
3. Add an Automation rule in this project and configure this rule to Delete the Attachment from the ticket.
4. Or you can use Delete Issue Attachment API to delete an Attachment.
5. Or you can manually delete the attachment from the ticket.

Expected Results

The attachment is deleted and its reference from the comment is also removed.

Actual Results

The attachment is deleted, but its reference from the comment is not removed.
The comment shows: "Preview not available" or "Failed to load" error.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
We have to remove the reference manually from the comment.
