      Issue Summary

Refreshing own owner's Profile page results in navbar UI out of alignment

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to a Jira Cloud instance https://<site>.atlassian.net/jira/your-work
      2. Click up the very top right to JIRA » Profile
      3. Refresh the page

      Expected Results

The top navbar would load gracefully and in alignment, matching the UI on other pages and with the search box up the top right.

      Actual Results

The top navbar is out of alignment, with the search box and buttons rendered to the left of the screen, instead of the top right. This is not fixed by a refresh.

Also, the navbar is now showing this problem symptom across all Jira pages.

This is reproducible in the latest version of Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

      Workaround

Navigate back to https://<site>.atlassian.net/jira/your-work and perform a hard refresh in the browser (on MacOS: command + shift + R). The navbar is now in alignment and correct across all Jira pages.
