Issue Summary

Copy issue layout from project settings >> Issues >> layout, shows different projects which does not use the screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to project settings >> Issues >> Layout
2. Edit issue layout for one of the issue type
3. Select "Copy issue layout"

Expected Results

We should get a list of projects where same screen/issue type has been used

Actual Results

We are getting project list where same issue type is not used

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
