Issue Summary

The Jira email notification template has been updated with a new format (blue). However, the email template used by Custom Events as well as emails from custom email address still used the old email template (gray box).

This suggestion is to have Custom Events trigger emails with the new format.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
