Problem

As of now we d not have a notification which can be configured to let the Jira admins know when a project is created

Suggested Solution

It would be nice to have a notification set to jira-admins or to a group when anyone creates a new project

Why This Is Important

This helps Jira-admins to track the project created and due to cleaning up as required
