Improve handling of large import/export

      Problem Definition:

      As per the documentation How to import only part of a Jira export into Jira Cloud, the customer of the large file has to spend considerable time unzipping the files, and this includes a lot of manual work, especially for the large files.

      Suggested Solution:
      A mechanism to split the large backup files within the UI as per the import requirements.

      Importance:

      • Large export files takes a lot of time to complete.
      • Download of large backup can timeout easily.

      Follow the documentation Download large Jira backup files using cURL or wget steps.
