Issue Summary

Team-managed custom fields can be seen in the Field configurations

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a field in a team-managed project
2. Check the field configuration in a project (Project settings > (Issues) Fields

Expected Results

The field which was created in Team managed, should not be seen in the default field configuration which confuses the customer.

Actual Results

The Team managed custom field is shown in the default field 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
