AP.events API does not fire/receive events from other dashboard gadgets in the iOS app.

Exchanging messages between dashboard gadgets work correctly in Web browsers as the events can be fired and picked up by them, however the iOS app is currently designed in a way that does not support these events.

As a developer, I would like to have capability parity between both web browser and iOS app experiences so my gadgets can fire and receive events across them.
