Issue Summary

When we select the renderer of the Description system field to Default Text Renderer from the Field Configuration, then if we create an issue then if we write using the Wiki Markup then the text is rendered correctly during Issue creation. But once the issue is created, then if we go and edit the Description system field then we are getting various options to style the text also if we copy-paste any text in Wiki Markup notation then it gets rendered as Wiki Markup language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto Global Settings>>Issues>>Field Configuration>>Select the FC associated with the Project>>Edit it>>Find the Description system field>>Set the renderer to Default Text Renderer.
2. Now create an issue, you will see in the Create Issue Screen that the Description field correctly renders as per the Default Text Renderer.

Expected Results

1. Expected Result: In Edit Issue Screen as well the Default Text Renderer should be used.

Actual Results

1. Actual Result: Once the issue is created, now edit the Description field and now you will observe that the rendered used in the Edit Issue Screen is Wiki Style Renderer.

Workaround

Create another Multi Line text custom field and give a suitable name to it like Primary Description and then use it in required screens instead of the system Description field, so that you can change the renderer of the custom field unlike the system field.
