Enhance the native time tracking reporting to be able to report hours by resource at the task and subtask level

The native time tracking reporting is very limited, especially when reporting hours by resource at the task and subtask level.

In some situations, there might be more than one resource task assignment for a story but need to see estimates and actuals for any task or subtask.

When reporting the cumulative time at the user story level, having more granular reporting options would be helpful.

Also, task time is rolled up to the story level, and if there is more than one resource that has a task for a story there is no way of easily reporting estimates and actuals for both people.

It would be helpful to be able to report hours by resource by task and sub-task in addition to the story (combined) hours.

If there is more than one resource that has a task for a story, it is not possible to easily task/report this without manual effort.

The ideal state would be to have this capability in the tool rather than resorting to a totally different tool to mine-out data that is already in Jira.
