Issue Summary

Creating linked issue from Software project issue to Jira service management project fails with following error.

Steps to Reproduce

Open any one of the JSW issue and select "link issue"
Under "Linked issue" tab, select "Create linked issue"
On new issue creation screen select any one of the "JSM" project

Expected Results

New linked issue creation should work fine

Actual Results

After selecting JSM project, following error is noticed

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
