Export stuck/frozen at Compressing Data & Attachments

      Issue Summary

      The 'Backup manager' user interface can become stuck on the 'Compressing Data & Attachments' phase of the export.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click 'Create backup for cloud' or 'Create backup for server.

      Expected Results

      The backup should complete successfully and be available for download.

      Actual Results

      The user interface 'progress meter' stops and does not progress. No further backups can be taken.

      Checking the back-end logs will show a zipper task could not perform a callback:

      stack_trace: com.atlassian.zipper.background.CallbackServerErrorException: Callback failed with INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR

      Please note this bug is specifically for cases where the zipper task callback has failed.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A support case will need to be raised.
