Issue Summary
Unable to assign the ticket to a user when creating an issue if the Assignable User permission is set to a user or group picker custom field
Steps to Reproduce
- Visit /CreateIssue.jspa
- https://<site-name>.atlassian.net/CreateIssue.jspa
- Choose a project where the Assignable User project permission is set to a Group or User picker custom field.
- On the next page, enter a value into that Group or User picker custom field:
- Attempt to select a user in the assignee field.
Expected Results
The Assignee field shows the user's list as per the selected Group or User picker custom field.
Actual Results
The Assignee field doesn't show the user's list and only shows the below option:
- Unassigned
- Automatic
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
